1. About MWAV

MWAV (“we”, “us”) operates a directory connecting customers with independent removals, man-and-van and courier businesses. We are not a party to any agreement made between a customer and a listed business.

2. Using the directory

Quotes and services are provided by independent companies. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to a company’s suitability, insurance and pricing before booking.

3. Business accounts and credits

Credits purchased by business accounts are used to unlock leads and access listing features. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MWAV is not liable for the acts or omissions of listed businesses or for any loss arising from services booked through the directory.
